No, unfortunately we don't offer a completely free plan. But when you sign up you are put into a "test mode" which is gives you 14 days free trial of the API and free forever use of our Admin Interface with the only limitation of you can only receive bookings with your own email.

We run Timekit on Google Cloud Platform and our servers are located in the United States. The Google Cloud infrastructure has been architected to be one of the most high performing and secure cloud computing environments available on the planet.

Our help center is open 24/7 and our chat support is open weekdays from 8AM - 5PM Eastern Time. Our support staff usually responds within a couple of hours, but they promise to get back to you within 48h no matter what.
